Anonymous asked: Are red drum biting this time of year? Where are best areas for reds? I have only fished for reds at the coast. Have boat. Where can live bait be obtained around Calaveras?

The Lighthouse on 1604 and Mr. C’s at 181 and Old Corpus Christi Hwy. carry bait. Some people catch bait from the lake with cast nets. The reds are not biting as well this time of year as they do in warmer weather.
