The answer to your questions is this: if you ask 5 different fishermen you’ll get 6 different opinions. My suggestion is to go to either of the lakes and talk to other fishermen to get their suggestions. Catching has been pretty slow during the winter but should be picking up pretty soon. The best time to talk to other fishermen would be on our busy weekends when the gates now stay open until 10 PM.
